Context: Challenges, aspirations are often fresh or uncertain... we don't know what we don't know... build the roller coaster as you ride...

Table Talks

Facilitator-led, informal, ad-hoc virtual meetings to discuss and explore emerging issues, ideas or initiatives and share perspectives, experiences and/or insights.

Skunkworks

Inspired by Lockheed Martin's Skunk Works® approach: virtual, group-exploration of new or unprecedented challenges, possibilities, and/or 'radical innovation'. 

Scrums

Borrowed from the rugby term and based on agile project management principles: cross-functional, virtual team brought together for specific problem or issue incremental advancement, or resolution.
