Online? - explore my Resource Centre

Online learning puts the world at our fingertips and creates the opportunity to #ThriveTogether!
The resources in this centre -- whether blogs, programs or e-books -- all serve as a way to further explore and enrich what I offer in person. Most of all, they support independent learning and development. They're here for you when I can't be... at least, not in person.
'Think Anew!' Online: 3-fold Intention
Everything offered here originates from these three core intentions:
- Building transformational community. My vision for the Think Anew! community:
"We are thinkers and do-ers: adding perspectives, encouraging one another, supporting one another's vision, and taking great pleasure in seeing each other succeed."
- Making a difference. I wish I would have had some of what I'm offering in this resource centre, 10, 20 or 30 years ago! Not because I 'needed' it necessarily but because it would have helped me live and lead with a greater sense of personal fulfillment; an even stronger, more well-defined service orientation; and, greater certainty in my potential and ability to add value. I feel very blessed with my life so far, and what I've accomplished and I'm not sure I would have achieved anything different or more but I certainly would have had a stronger vision-pull, better questions, and more confidence.
"I've made these programs hugely accessible -- not only in terms of geographic reach afforded through the online venue but also in the mobile-responsive, multi-faceted delivery methods that optimize making the work accessible, no matter who you are, how much (or little) time you have, your learning style, budget, or access venue."
- Creating a "revolution in leadership." I think we need to recognize that we're all leaders, whether or not we have positional authority. Personal leadership today means being more mindful and intentional about our influence, ever adaptive to rapid change, and imminently creative and open minded in our ability to initiate bold action for the betterment of today's world and future generations.
"Everything we do creates a ripple effect, a pay-it-forward legacy that happens with each action and every decision. Our responsibility is to make it a good one. This resource centre is my legacy work: leadership works for difference-makers."
