How? I've spent my life learning from the best. Leaders. Creators. Philosophers. PhDs. Scientists. It's a lifelong quest and curiosity for better interpersonal skills and leadership. More effective results and strategic thinking. Add to that, insights from neuroscience and other social and applied sciences.

My library of over 1000 books continues to grow. I'm not just an avid reader; I’ve always been right there in the trenches, too. Leading teams or organizations, initiating programs or projects, facilitating strategic direction and business development. I am an initiator. Change agent. Inspirer. Strategist. A guide for your own inspired accountability.

My background? I'm a strategic leadership professional with an extensive history of service and contribution. I hold the Chartered Professional Accountant designation (formerly CMA), with Fellowship Distinction. In 2007, I incorporated my strategic planning and leadership development practice, Millennial Minds Inc. As a solopreneur, I've weathered more than one economic storm. I've faced many fears and overcome my fair share of challenges. Best of all, I've helped my clients do the same.

I consider myself a citizen of the world. Growing up, I had the extraordinary opportunity to travel and live in several countries. My experience of diverse cultures awakened in me a love of words and language. I am trilingual (English, Spanish and French). I cultivate an insatiable passion and curiosity for people. Though, I have to admit, my inner introvert also likes quiet space and the silence of nature.

The desire to enrich lives fuelled a 20+ year former avocational role as a Dale Carnegie® instructor and master trainer. If I had to summarize my investment in Mr. Carnegie's work? I'd say that confidence is one of the most important qualities we can cultivate in ourselves. It is the foundation for giving to others and the world.

“Project Starfish is comprised of professionals with disabilities. From many different walks of life, they are looking for and creating opportunities.
People with disabilities are usually never empowered. Very few people take the time to speak with, empower and inspire them.
Janice Kobelsky, took the time to get on a call and share her story with our community. Professionals with disabilities, spanning six different countries, listened in. None of them had ever met her in person. 
She spoke of a time when she was going through her own trauma and how she bounced back, proving that success comes from within.
She revealed a simple, step-by-step process of looking inside, to create power outside. As she did so, she really inspired our group to keep moving and create a better life for themselves.
Her humility, politeness, simplicity and genuineness touched the hearts of these professionals. These people who few care about. Some had tears in their eyes. Some had a feeling of power and positivity. Everyone felt that she could move mountains. So could they.
